Welcome to this fresh and stylish cottage with a fantastic location, only about 200 meters from a child-friendly, shallow sandy beach and a bathing jetty! Perfectly located in Gislövs Strandmark, a quiet and scenic residential and cottage area just outside Trelleborg. The cottage, which is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, has undergone several renovations in recent years. Most recently, the kitchen has been completely renovated during 2025 and 2026, with new and modern fittings, light tiled flooring with underfloor heating, and openings towards both the hallway and the living room to optimize the light from the large windows in the living room.
